Automated accessibility scanning for WCAG 2.2 compliance (testing 78+ success criteria)
Detailed accessibility reports with actionable recommendations
Issue tracking and historical scan comparisons
API access for programmatic scanning (on applicable plans)

When you create an account with A11yied, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
Ensure all activity under your account is authorized by you

5.Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use A11yied to:

Engage in any illegal activities or violate applicable laws
Scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to test
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
Abuse, harass, or harm others, or attempt to do so
Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

6.Payment Terms

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles begin on the date you subscribe and renew automatically unless canceled.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

7.Intellectual Property Rights

A11yied's Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by A11yied and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Your Website Content

You retain all ownership rights to your website content. By using our Service, you grant A11yied a limited license to access and analyze your website URLs for the purpose of providing accessibility testing services.

Scan Results and Reports

Scan results, accessibility reports, and issue data generated by A11yied belong to you. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and analytics.

8.Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. You remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
